Refunds and Returns Policy

General Returns & Sizing

1. What is your return policy window?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange. We also require an email notification within 7 days of receiving your package to begin any returns.

2. Can I return an item if I changed my mind or ordered the wrong size?

Because our prints are unique and fulfilled through a Print on Demand (POD) facility, each item is custom-made specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Please double-check our sizing charts or contact us before purchasing if you have any questions!

3. Can I return my item if it doesn't fit?

As each item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check our Size Chart before ordering! If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Our POD facility moves fast! Once an order is sent to production, we can no longer cancel or change it. Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before hitting "Purchase." Please Note: No refunds are granted for items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. What are the requirements for an eligible return?

To be eligible for a return (only in cases of damage or error), your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Reported to us via email within 7 days of delivery.

Damages, Defects & Shipping Issues

1. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?

We take full responsibility for our errors! Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To start a claim, email us at designs@moonsforstars.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a clear photo of the issue so that we can resolve it quickly.

2. How long do I have to report a problem?

  • Damaged/Defective: Within 30 days of receipt (but please notify us in the first 7 days!).

  • Lost in Transit: Within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

3. How do I start a return claim?

You must send an email notification to designs@moonsforstars.com within 7 days of receiving your package to begin the process.

Refunds & Processing

1. How will I know if my refund is approved?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. How long does a refund take to process?

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

3. What should I do if my refund is late or missing?

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to officially post).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time).

Shipping Your Return

1. Where do I send my return?

Do not ship anything back until you have emailed us for approval. Once approved, send your item to:

2. Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

3. Should I use a tracking number?

If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
